Holding a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law and a B.A. in Communications from Rowan University, Shannon pairs sharp legal analysis with clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication. Her experience spans the full spectrum of federal compliance—from Title IX and Title VI/VII to ADA accommodations, impartial grievance investigations, and community risk mitigation.
